Picanic

Here is Liam's first trip to the dunes! hooray for sand. It was also his first "picanic" which took place on the hill above some lake I can't remember the name of near sleeping bear dunes. After having a picnic with these folks, Liam now asks everyday to go on a picanic. I think he misses the company...A big thanks to Rachel, JT, and Kristy for making our trip to MI sooo much fun!

Happy Birthday Mamma!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is my Mamma's birthday, and I've been so cited for her....I even told her "happy birfdey Mamma" first thing this morning (ok, maybe my Daddy did some coaching).

I wish my Mamma the very best birthday in the whole wide world...Lord knows she deserves it for puttin' up with me all day everyday!!!!

I LOVE YOU MAMMA

Thank You Nana!!!

My Nana gave me the coolest book ever...all about Submarines. From this picture, it's pretty much hard to tell who likes this book more, me or my Nana! I can't wait to see you again, Nana....For my 2nd birthday!!!!

I *still* luv my Nana

for those of you familiar with my blog, you probably remember pictures of me and my Nana from last Christmas. Well, one thing still hasn't changed... I still LOVE my Nana.

Game On, Gibby

It's really great that Liam thinks of Gibby as his older brother. Long gone are the days that Liam was excited to see his Mamma or Daddy in the morning. Quickly fading are the memories of Liam asking to go owfide with mamma or daddy. These days, gibby is numero uno. What Gibby does, Liam must follow suit. If Gibby pee's on a bush during a walk, Liam will pause at the same place, lift his leg and say "Gibby goin to da poddy". If anyone has every had a boy-dog, you can imagine how this quickly becomes the dominant theme of most walks

Go Owfide, Run Round

It was great being back at my Nana's house, where I got to go swimming (I prefer the hot tub to the pool) and most of all, I love to go outside and run around. They have an awesome yard where Gibby and I could run around until my parents couldn't stand it (why DOES mamma keep following me, anyways?!?).

With so much fun stuff to play with outside, it's pretty much where I wanna be. So much so, that you'll often find me on the front or back door demanding to Go Owfide. If you're not ready, I'll let you know that you should "Get Ready To Go Owfide" This includes things like "Jacket On" or "Shoes On". Well, I wish it were so simple. Now that I've been spending so much of my day at one door or another tellin' my Mamma what she needs to do, I've also learned another sentence as a result: "Hafta wait for Mamma".

Hangin' in the Hot Tub

I really didn't like the regular pool too much. Just about the time when mama and daddy were about to give up on me, they decided to try the hot tub, where I sparked right up. Here are a few pics of me in the 'warm water'...

Game Over, Gibby

Now that Liam has refined his climbing skills, Gibby's last refuge on the bed has now been compromised. Sorry Gibby!

Takin' a trip to N. Mich

I'm CITED CITED CITED about going to grandma and grandpa's!!!!!

(that's excited, for those of you who don't speak liameese)

My OCD Easter

Since it has been so long since Easter (yes, I know I've been negligent of my posting-duties), you might not recall that in central OH, we had SNOW on easter. crazy. Anyways, that's why we had to do my FIRST EVER easter egg hunt indoors.

What might you notice from these pictures of my hunt? I would find one egg, then I'd hunt around the room for another egg OF THE SAME COLOR. I'd find the purple ones, orange ones, heck, even green ones. But if the egg I found first was blue, nothing was going to stand in my way of finding a second blue egg. I should really tell you about the time my Mommy mixed up the eggs, and made one egg that was half blue and half yellow. It made me nervous.

Happy (belated) Birthday, Tio Derek

I picked up something special just for you.
